ill just assume you are a 8vs8 looking theurgist that is there for rupt/pet-purpose and that u do not consider yourself a dps-caster. if u are windspec, ignore this post

pd3 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 = 4l1, absolut minimum i'd say and basic built for theurgist. from here on, youll just try to get pd/sere to 4 and get moc2 and later conc3, with 11l0 both.
+dex 2 = 4l5 (not needed imho, can use spare points while leveling up tho)

pd4 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 = 5l1
+ dex 2 = 5l5

pd3 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 moc2 = 5l6 (since conc3 is not realistic until at least 7l1 or eve 8l1 and conc2 is a waste)
+ dex 2 = 6l0

pd4 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 moc2 = 6l6
+ dex 2 = 7l0

pd3 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 conc3 = 7l1 (if u want to drop pd4 to 3 again only)
+dex 2 = 7l5

pd4 sere3 purge1 rp1 lw1 conc3 = 8l1 (since conc is uber but only on lvl3 usefull)
+ dex 2 = 8l5

pd4 sere4 purge1 rp1 lw1 conc3 = 9l1
+ dex 2 = 9l5

pd4 sere4 purge1 rp1 lw1 conc3 moc2 dex2 = 11l0

it all really depends on if u are fine with pd3/sere3. personally i'd go for 4 on each, but with pd3/sere3 u can already get conc3 at 7l1 which is pretty nice.
